Position Title: Customer Service Executive/Account Executive

Job Description:
Primary Responsibility: Ensure smooth and efficient communication with managers and staff of our multi-national corporate clients.
Functions:
- Detailed understanding of and ability to explain benefits of corporate group employee benefits programs; especially health insurance.
- Liaise with other sections of the firm to trouble-shoot client problems and communicate solutions to clients.
- Pro-actively maintain communications with HR Department of major clients to identify small problems before they become large.
- Work with the sales and market team of the firm to ensure smooth renewal of employee benefits contracts each year.
- Effective communications with senior management and clients of the firm.
Reports to: Customer Services Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
University graduate with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, fluent spoken and written English. Willingness to learn and grow with increased responsibilities. Chinese language skills a big plus for foreign-passport holders.
Compensation & Terms:
7000-10,000 RMB/month depending on candidate’s background.
